Student MUST have transportation on their IEP

Parent/Guardian only will be reimbursed

Mileage will be calculated as door to door from home to school – 2 round trips per day

Reimbursement will be at current IRS Mileage rate ($.67 per mile rate as of  7/1/2024)

Parent/Guardian must complete 2 attached forms to be set up in the Town of Walpole accounting system for reimbursement

Student Services will provide a voucher to Parent/Guardian to be completed and submitted monthly for reimbursement. Only days where student is in attendance at their school will be reimbursable

All reimbursements will be mailed via USPS

Students are not to be transported via private methods (Taxi, Uber, etc.)
