Chromebook Loan Agreement Forms
These online Loan Agreement Forms are due each school year and must be submitted by the school's designated Chromebook distribution date.
Parents of students in Grades Kindergarten through 5 must review the Loan agreement with their child(ren) and submit this K-5 Form Each elementary student will be assigned a Chromebook for the duration of their elementary enrollment.
Parents AND students in Grade 6, and newly enrolled Grade 7 through 12 must review and submit the Grades 6 through 12 Form. Students will take these home, including over the summer.
